Return and exchange conditions

Before ordering, it is recommended to read the detailed description and characteristics of the product, if necessary, to clarify the dimensions and delivery details with a consultant. If you have a misunderstanding and want to return the product, please read the return policy and the list of non-returnable goods.

Returns and exchanges are possible:

• If the size does not fit you (exchange for a similar item in a different size is possible);
• If you have received a faulty product;
• If the goods received do not correspond to your order.

Returns and exchanges are not possible:

• If it is a personalised item with embroidered initials, names, dates and other inscriptions;
• Return of goods and reimbursement of its cost is impossible, if the delay in delivery is caused by unsatisfactory work of courier service (New Post, Ukrposhta, Most Express.).

Terms of return and exchange of goods:

• The goods can be returned directly at the time of delivery;
• In case of return or exchange of goods, the buyer pays the shipping costs. Delivery is paid by the sender only if your item is faulty or does not correspond to your order;
• If at the time of exchange a similar product is not available, you can purchase any other products from the available range with the appropriate recalculation of the cost or receive funds in the amount of the value of the returned goods within 7 working days. It is also possible to exchange an item for a similar item when the item is first available for sale;

The goods may be returned or exchanged only if:

• The product has not been used and has no traces of use;
• Merchandise appearance and package integrity are preserved;
• All consumer properties, seals, branded labels with bar code are preserved;
• There is a settlement document (cheque, delivery note) issued to the consumer together with the sold goods.

Conditions of return comply with the current legislation and the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. The list of goods of proper quality, not subject to exchange or return, corresponds to Annex No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19 March 1994 No. 172.
