Payment and delivery

PAYMENT

There are 2 ways to pay for your order in our online store.

• in cash, upon receipt of the goods at the Nova Poshta branch (cash on delivery).
• by replenishing your PrivatBank card (prepayment).

Delivery of the goods takes place after payment of the full cost of the goods. In case of delivery by Nova Poshta, you can transfer from 200 to 400 hryvnias of the deposit to a PrivatBank card, and pay the remaining amount by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order (in this case, the buyer pays a commission for the transfer of funds). Delivery is paid by the buyer.

DELIVERY

If the product is in stock – dispatch occurs on the day of the order. If the goods are out of stock, delivery will last about two weeks in Ukraine and about one and a half months in other countries (2 weeks – manufacture of goods, 1-2 days delivery in Ukraine or a month for delivery abroad).

The goods can be received:

• In our workshop in Lviv (Shirokaya street (Dobrazka 36A)). The goods can be picked up on the day of the order
• By New Post (other cities of Ukraine). Approximate delivery time – 1-2 days from the date of payment for the order or deposit transfer
• Ukrposhta (other cities of Ukraine). Delivery time – depending on the courier service Ukrposhta (approximately 4-7 days)
• Courier service Most Express (other countries). Delivery time – about a month from the moment of payment for the order

The minimum cost of delivery within Ukraine is UAH 25. The final cost of delivery, which depends on the dimensions and the declared cost, is determined by the carrier. On average, it is 30 UAH.
If you choose the payment method by replenishing your card, you must pay after the consultant confirms the order.
Prepayment is made by transferring money to a payment card, the details of which will be sent to your phone number by SMS after placing the order. The buyer pays only the cost of the goods and delivery.
Cash on delivery is made at the time of receipt of the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch. The cost of the service is 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount.
