Delivery and payment

There are 2 ways to pay for your order in our online store

• in cash, upon receipt of the goods at a Nova Poshta branch (cash on delivery).
• by replenishing a PrivatBank card (prepayment).

Delivery of the goods takes place after payment of the full cost of the goods. In case of delivery by Nova Poshta, you can transfer UAH 100 deposit to a PrivatBank card, and pay the remaining amount by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order (in this case, the buyer pays the commission for the transfer of funds). Delivery is paid by the buyer.

Delivery

If the product is in stock, it is dispatched on the day of order. If the product is not in stock, delivery will take about two weeks in Ukraine and about a month and a half in other countries (2 weeks for production, 1-2 days for delivery in Ukraine, or a month for delivery abroad).

The goods can be collected:

1. In our workshop in Lviv, 36A Dorobok Street. The goods can be picked up on the day of order
2. by Nova Poshta (other cities of Ukraine). Estimated delivery time – 1-2 days from the date of payment of the order, or transfer of the deposit
3. Ukrposhta (other cities of Ukraine). Delivery time – depending on the courier service of Ukrposhta (approximately 4-7 days)
4. By the courier service of Mist Express (other countries). Delivery time – about a month from the date of payment

Delivery

The minimum cost of delivery within Ukraine is UAH 25. The final cost of delivery, which depends on the dimensions and the declared cost, is determined by the carrier. On average, it is 30 UAH. If you choose the payment method by replenishing your card, you must pay after the consultant confirms the order.
Prepayment is made by transferring money to a payment card, the details of which will be sent to your phone number by SMS after placing the order. The buyer pays only the cost of the goods and delivery. Cash on delivery is made at the time of receipt of the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch. The cost of the service is 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount.
